Lavender + Chamomile face toners are created by infusing organic lavender and chamomile flowers into witch hazel and aloe vera gel for at least 4 weeks. They are all infused under at least one full moon. The moon + herbs = serious power. Then pure therapeutic grade lavender essential oils are added.
